Hot Honey Glazed Salmon
Recipe by First Fish Foodie
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
Salmon Fillet
Cajun Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder
Hot Honey
Olive Oil
Chilli Flakes
Preparation
Pat the salmon fillet dry, then season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, then place the salmon skin-side down to get a nice crispy texture. Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, and just before it’s done, brush the fillet with hot honey to create a glaze. Once the salmon is cooked through, set it aside to rest for a few minutes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. Serve with rice or potatoes and Enjoy!
