Sheet Pan Roasted Salmon Fillet & Vegetables

Ingredients:
Full Salmon Fillet
Potatoes
Onion
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Start by chopping your vegetables, then toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pat your salmon fillet dry and season it with the same spices. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spread your potatoes and onions on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes to give them a head start (they’ll need more time than the salmon). Once the vegetables begin to soften, flip them, then place your salmon on the same baking sheet. Return everything to the oven and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 125–130°F.
Plate and serve for a quick, delicious weeknight meal. Enjoy!
