Sockeye Salmon Portions
Our Sockeye Salmon Portions are all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of British Columbia from Babine Lake, BC's longest natural lake.
All fillets are frozen and processed at a CFIA certified facility, and remain frozen until purchase. To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.
