Smokey BBQ Cedar Plank Turbot

Ingredients
Turbot Fillets
Brown Sugar
Smoked Paprika
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Kosher Salt
Pepper
Lime
Cedar Plank
Preparation
Soak Cedar Planks in Water for a minimum of 2 hours. Combine seasonings in a bowl. Pat Turbot dry before covering liberally with seasoning mixture, place in fridge for 2 hours, up to overnight, uncovered. Preheat Grill to Med-High heat. Place seasoned, dried Turbot on the soaked Cedar Planks and place on grill for 16-20 minutes, or until desired doneness. Removed from grill and garnish with Lime. Serve with sides of choice and Enjoy!
