Savoury Summer Salad with Smoked Pickerel and local produce

Ingredients
Smoked Pickerel - only available at Summer Farmers' Markets
Aldergrove Farm Salad Mix
Aldergrove Radishes
Sanagan's Meat Locker Pickled Red Onions
Brianna's Homestyle Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Chop your Radishes, Cucumber, and Cherry Tomatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to a bowl with your Salad mix of choice, pickled red onions and Salt and Pepper, to taste. Tear your Smoked Pickerel into big bite-size pieces and add right on top of the Salad mix. Top with a healthy drizzle of dressing and toss till combined. Serve on a warm summer day and Enjoy!
