Our Pickerel Fillets are arriving from Ile-a-la Crosse in Northwestern Saskatchewan! The Pickerel, also called Walleye, is wild-caught by Indigenous fisherpeople during the Winter fishing season and is a important piece of their culture.
Smoked to perfection by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto and finished with some freshly cracked black pepper.

Hot Smoked Pickerel
Our Hot Smoked Pickerel is all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of Ile-a-la-Crosse, in Northern Saskatchewan
All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and remain frozen until smoked.
Our hot smoked is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood Smoke for 8-10 hours and contains small amounts of salt & sugar and is topped with cracked black pepper.
To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
