Sockeye Salmon Fillet with Broccoli & Lemon

Ingredients:
Sockeye Salmon Fillet
Broccoli
Lemon
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Place the Sockeye Salmon in the centre and arrange the broccoli around it. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and top the salmon with lemon slices. Roast for 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is tender. Serve with an extra squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
