Barbueced Montreal Red Rub Arctic Char Fillet with Grilled Corn and Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
Full Arctic Char Fillet
Lex's Pantry Montreal Red Rub
Olive Oil
Corn
Bell Peppers
Lemon
Preparation:
Start by brushing the Arctic Char fillet with olive oil, then season generously with Lex's Pantry Montreal Red Rub, ensuring the entire surface is evenly coated. Lightly oil the corn and bell peppers as well. Place the char skin-side down on a hot BBQ alongside the corn, bell peppers, and lemon slices. Grill the vegetables, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender. Cook the Arctic Char with the lid closed until it flakes easily with a fork and develops a beautifully caramelized crust. Transfer the grilled char to a serving board and arrange the corn, peppers, and charred lemon around it. Finish with a squeeze of grilled lemon over the fish just before serving, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
