Cajun Spiced Quaq with the Side of Rice and a Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
Quaq Cubed Char
Cajun Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Rice
Cucumbers
Parsley
Vinegar
Lemon, Juiced
Spicy Mayo
Preparation:
Start by preparing your rice according to package directions while you season the Quaq generously with Cajun spices, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of oil. Put them in the Air fryer for about 10 minutes on 400 until lightly crisp on the outside and tender inside. Thinly slice fresh cucumber and toss it with chopped parsley, a splash of vinegar or lemon juice, olive oil, and a little salt for a bright, cooling salad. To assemble, spoon the rice into bowls, top with the Cajun Quaq, add the cucumber parsley salad on the side, and finish with a drizzle of spicy mayo for a fresh and flavourful meal with smoky heat and crisp freshness.
