Beer Battered Turbot Tacos with Cilantro Lime Slaw.

Salt and Pepper, to taste
Coleslaw Veggie Mix
Sauce: Cilantro, Lime, Sour Cream
Optional: Salsa, Guac, Jalepenos, Hot Sauce
Prepare the batter by combining Seasonings, Flour, and Beer. Cut the Turbot into strips and coat in batter. Deep fry in a pan with Hot Oil. Set aside and repeat for all the strips. Finely chop the Cilantro the mix in Sour Cream, and Lime Juice to make the sauce. Toss the Coleslaw Mix with the sauce. Prepare the Jalepenos and any other toppings of your choice. Heat the Tortillas. Serve the Turbot, cilantro lime slaw, and other other toppings on the tortillas and Enjoy!
