BBQ Poached Spicy Turbot

Ingredients

  • Turbot Fillets

  • Red Chili Peppers

  • Whole Black Olives, pitted

  • Whole Garlic Cloves, peeled

  • Cilantro

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Pre-heat the BBQ to Medium-High while preparing the fish. Add Red Chili Peppers to the grill and roast for 1-2 minutes until they develop a bit of colour. Pat the Turbot dry and add to shallow heat-proof dish and top with a generous amount of Olive Oil, enough to cover most of the fillet. Add a few sprigs of Cilantro, a handful of Black Olives, Whole Garlic Cloves, and the Roasted Red Chili Peppers. Lastly, top with Salt and Pepper and place the dish in the BBQ. Check in on the Turbot until it reached your desired doneness. Enjoy with seasonal vegetables on a beautiful summer day and Enjoy!
