Ingredients
Hot Smoked Arctic Char
Spaghetti
Peas
Pecorino
Parmesan
Chili Flakes
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Cook the spaghetti as instructed. Grate pecorino and Parmesan. Melt butter in a pan. Add peas to pan and let cook until warm. Add cooked pasta to pan with some reserved pasta water. Add in grated pecorino, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Plate finished pasta and top with Hot Smoked Char.
