Greek-Style Baked Walleye


Citrusy Baked Walleye and Vegetables

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 50 Minutes


Ingredients

  • Walleye Fillet

  • 5 Small Potatoes, cut into wedges

  • Small onion, sliced

  • Large tomato, cut into wedges

  • Lemon, cut into wedges

  • Dried Oregano

  • Parsley, roughly chopped

  • Garlic, minced

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper


Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 400F while preparing and chopping vegetables and Lemon. Mix Potatoes, Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper, to taste, together in a oven-safe pot. Roast for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 15 minutes. Add Lemon and Tomatoes to the pot, bake for another 10 minutes. Pat Walleye Dry then season with Olive Oil, Oregano, Salt and Pepper. Turn over mixture again, top with Walleye Fillets and bake for another 10 minutes. Top with Parsley. Serve with Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip, Crisped Pita, and Enjoy!
