Classic Zesty Smoked Whitefish Dip

Ingredients
Hot Smoked Whitefish
Mayo
Whipped Cream Cheese
Lemon Juice
Lime Juice
Dill
Flat Leaf Parsley
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Gently flake the Hot Smoked Whitefish apart into smaller pieces into a bowl. Add equal amounts of Mayo and Cream Cheese. Add in a squeeze of Lime Juice and Lemon Juice. Mix gently adding Salt and Pepper to taste. Top with chopped Dill and Parsley. Pair with your favourite potato chips and Enjoy!
