  • Our Whitefish are all wild caught by the fishermen of Ile-a-la Crosse in Northwest Saskatchewan and smoked in Toronto by the Smoke Bloke. 

     

    All Whitefish are wild caught and flash frozen during the winter harvest and remain frozen until smoking. To defrost; place the fish in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days. 

     

    Our Smoked Whitefish is perfect for any gathering with family or friends and is served best in dips, salads or appetizer/charcuterie boards. Check out our recipes page for more ideas!
