Hot Smoked Arctic Char
Greek Yogurt/Sour Cream
Thinly slice the radishes. Slice the cucumber. Chop the romaine lettuce. Mix lemon juice, dill, and Greek yogurt or sour cream together to make the dressing. Top romaine lettuce with radishes and flaked Hot Smoked Char then pour dressing to finish. Enjoy!
