Cold Smoked Arctic Char
Warm or toast the Flatbread with Cheese sprinkled overtop. Slice the Cold Smoked Arctic Char and Avocado to your desired thickness. Fry the Egg with some Butter or Oil until desired doneness. Assemble the warm Tortilla with melted Cheese, Cold Smoked Arctic Char, Avocado, and Fried Egg. Enjoy!
