Candied Char Salad With Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Candied Arctic Char

  • Arugula

  • Spinach

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Carrots

  • Squash

  • Balsamic Dressing

  • Goat Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Olive Oil


Preparation: 

Start by roasting your seasonal vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Once roasted, prepare your salad base with arugula and spinach in a bowl, then add the vegetables. Top with goat cheese and candied char, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic dressing. Enjoy!
