Hot Smoked Char Flatbread with a Dill Spread

Ingredients:

  • Hot Smoked Arctic Char

  • Flatbread

  • Plain Yogurt

  • Dill

  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic, Minced

  • Black Pepper & Salt

  • Lemon, Juiced


Preparation: 

Start by mixing plain yogurt with lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Warm the flatbread at 400°F for 5 minutes, then spread the sauce evenly over top. Flake the Hot Smoked Arctic Char and scatter it over the flatbread.

Finish with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. Slice, serve and enjoy!
