Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients
Halibut Fillet
Garlic
Butter
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Olive Oil
Parsley
Preparation
Pat the halibut dry and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, and freshly chopped garlic. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, then sear the fillet on both sides until golden and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 135–145°F. Remove the halibut to rest, lower the heat, and add butter with more chopped garlic, letting them cook together. Toss in your choice of seasonal vegetables and sauté until softened and coated in the garlic butter. Serve the vegetables as a base, set the halibut on top, drizzle over the remaining garlic butter from the pan, garnish with a sprinkle of parsley, and enjoy!
