Broiled Arctic Char with a savoury Champagne Sauce Gribiche and Toasted Nuts

Ingredients
Arctic Char Fillet
Sauce Gribriche
Pine Nuts
Almonds
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Coat your Arctic Char with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and your seasonings of choice. Preheat oven to a Low-Medium Broil before placing Arctic Char Fillet in until it reaches desired doneness.. While that is cooking, add a small amount of Olive Oil to a pan and toast Pine Nuts and Almonds on a low heat till fragrant and golden brown.
