Spot Prawn Tails Deep Fried

Ingredients:
Spot Prawn Tails
Eggs
Buttermilk
All-Purpose Flour
Corn Starch
Vegetable Oil
Salt & Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Preparation:
Start by whisking together buttermilk and egg. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Dip the shrimp into the buttermilk mixture, then coat in the seasoned flour. Let them rest for a few minutes to help the coating stick. Heat oil to 350°F and fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve with fresh cucumber slices and your favourite dipping sauce.
