Spicy Arctic Char and Turbot Tacos with a Salsa Morita and Red Cabbage Slaw on Corn Tortillas

Ingredients
Arctic Char Fillets /Turbot
Maizal Corn Tortillas
Maizal Salsa Morita
Maizal Red Cabbage Slaw
Lime, to taste
Cilantro
The Spice Trader Mexican Mix Seasoning
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees. Wrap Tortilla's tightly in foil and place in oven to heat through. Pat fish of choice dry and coat liberally with Olive Oil and Mexican Mix Seasoning. Heat pan to medium-high and add Olive Oil. Pan fry fish till cooked through. Slice Limes and tear Cilantro. Plate warmed Tortilla's and top with Fish, Salsa Morita, Red Cabbage Slaw, and Cilantro. Squeeze Lime on finished Tacos, serve with White Wine and Enjoy!
