Protein Packed Pasta Salad

Delicious Smokey and Savoury Protein Packed Pasta Salad

  • Hot Smoked Arctic Char

  • Pasta

  • Brussel Sprouts

  • Sun-dried Tomatoes, drained

  • Feta

  • Cucumbers

  • Black Olives

  • Dressing

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set a pot of water to boil, season heavily with salt. Slice Brussel Sprouts in halves and coat generously with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper, and any seasoning of choice. Add Brussel Sprouts to baking sheet and roast in the oven till cooked through. Place Pasta noodles of choice into boiling water until cooked through. Slice Cucumber, Black Olives, and Sun-dried Tomatoes, set aside. Crumble or slice Hot Smoked Char and Feta, set aside. Add all ingredients into one bowl and add dressing of choice before tossing. Enjoy!
