Preparation
Slice the Cold Smoked Char thinly. Chop cucumbers and red onion. Toast the bagel. Spread cream cheese on bagel, top with sliced Cold Smoked Char, cucumbers, red onion, dill and a squeeze of lemon juice as desired.
