Delicious Sweet and Spicy Glaze on Crispy Arctic Char over a Bed of Rice

Arctic Char Filet
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Prepare Arctic Char by cutting into 1-inch cubes, then toss with flour, paprika, and avocado oil. Set pan to medium heat and add a splash of avocado oil and a knob of butter. Once foamy, add your Arctic Char and baste until fully cooked. Remove the Arctic Char and set aside. Add another knob of butter, soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce to the pan and stir till a sauce forms. Add the Arctic Char back in and cover with sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on rice or roasted vegetables and enjoy!
