Succulent Grilled Citrus Arctic Char with South American-Style Chimichurri

Ingredients
Full Arctic Char
Lemon, sliced and juiced
Garlic, minced
Flat Leaf Parsley
Coriander
Red Wine Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Coat the Full Arctic Char Fillet with Olive Oil and season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Grilled with sliced Lemons for 12 minutes on high heat. While the Arctic Char is cooking mince Parsley, Coriander, and Garlic. Mix herbs with Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, and Olive Oil, season to taste. Plate Arctic Char, top with Chimichurri, and Enjoy!
