Turbot Fillet
Mango

Preparation
Season Turbot with spices and olive oil. Pan-fry Turbot (2-4 mins per side). Combine chopped avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalepeno with lime juice and salt to make the salsa. Heat tortillas. Top tortillas with Turbot, mango salsa, and an extra squeeze of lime.
