Arctic Char Fillet
White and Black Sesame Seeds
Coat the flesh side of the Arctic Char Fillet with the egg white. Sprinkle the black and white sesame seeds on the flesh side. Pan-fry the Char Fillet in some olive oil (2-4 mins per side). Combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chilli flakes to make the glaze. Serve the sesame char on a bed of white rice. Top with the glaze.
