  • Our Sockeye Salmon Fillets are all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of British Columbia from Babine Lake, BC's longest natural lake.

     

    All fillets are frozen and processed at a CFIA certified facility, and remain frozen until smoking. 

     

    The Salmon is then cold smoked is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood for 3 hours and with small amounts of salt & sugar.

     

    To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days. 

     

    Our Cold Smoked Salmon is best in bagels, breakfasts, or appetizer/charcuterie boards. Check out our recipes page for more ideas!
