Smoked Sockeye Salmon
Our Sockeye Salmon Fillets are all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of British Columbia from Babine Lake, BC's longest natural lake.
All fillets are frozen and processed at a CFIA certified facility, and remain frozen until smoking.
The Salmon is then cold smoked is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood for 3 hours and with small amounts of salt & sugar.
To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
