Our Whole Whitefish are all wild caught by the fishermen of Ile-a-la Crosse in Northwest Saskatchewan.
All fish are caught and frozen within hours during the winter and remain frozen until purchase. To defrost; place the fish in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.
Our Whitefish is best smoked, poached, grilled, or baked!
