  • Our Turbot Bones are sourced from wild caught Turbot by the Inuit fishermen of Pangnirtung, just off the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut. 

     

    The Turbot Bones are perfect to enrich broths, soups, sauces, and more. To defrost; place in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.
