Spring Smoked Basket
The Cold Smoked Arctic Char, Hot Smoked Arctic Char, and Candied Arctic Char is all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Baffin Island. The Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon is wild caught off the Pacific coast of Vancouver Island, then all products are smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto.
To defrost; place the Smoked Fish in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
