Pink & Red Signature Catch
Our Arctic Char Fillets, Cold Smoked Arctic Char, Hot Smoked Arctic Char, and Candied Arctic Char are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Baffin Island while our Sockeye Salmon Fillets and Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon are caught off the Pacific coast of British Columbia, then all smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto.
Preparation notes;
- Smoked Fish: Defrost by placing in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
- Fillets: Defrost by placing in the refrigerator overnight and cook & consume within 3 days.
