Large Festive Feast Basket
Our Cold Smoked and Hot Smoked Arctic Char is all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Baffin Island, then smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto. To defrost; place the Smoked Char in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese is a small artisan cheese plant nestled in Oxford County, Ontario. Provided by The Good Cheese, a small neighbourhood Cheese, Wine & Fine Foods shop carrying a curated selection of local, quality goods in the East End of Toronto.
- Brigid's Brie: A soft surface ripened cheese made with cow's milk from the family farm. This brie is produced in the traditional way, aged six weeks and is delicately handled to preserve it's creamy centre.
Leslieville Cheese Market is a friendly neighbourhood shops offering a selection of affordable and approachable goods with the goal of maintaining a connection with customers while sharing the love of good food.
- Jalapeño Havarti; sourced locally from Ontario, this is a firm cow cheese with a little kick.
Fifth Town Artisan Cheese is a local farm in Prince Edward County producing fine hand made cheeses using fresh, locally produced cow, goat and buffalo milk.
- Engard Bongard: Brushed rind cheese made from 100% fresh local goat’s milk. Pleasant, light, almost nutty, sweet and savoury flavours with a firm texture and a mild saltiness.
Spade & Spoon is a small batch preserves company located in the rolling hills of Northumberland County, Ontario focused on using local ingredients, much of which is grow themselves on their farm.
- Blueberry Thyme Jam: Sweet and sophisticated, a pinch of thyme in this fruity jam imparts subtle herbal notes.
- Strawberry Rhubarb: A classic flavour combination. Sweet and tangy, captures the bright, nostalgic flavour in every bite.
Raincoast Crisps are all crafted on the west coast of Canada - baked in small batches, with the finest quality, visually appealing, familiar ingredients, these products elevate any occasion.
