Easter Bunny's White Fish Basket
The Turbot Portions are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Baffin Island. The Pickerel Fillets and Hot Smoked Pickerel are all wild caught in the lakes of Northern Saskatchewan by the Île-à-la-Crosse community. The Hot Smoked Pickerel is then smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto.
Preparation notes;
- Smoked Fish: Defrost by placing in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
- Fillets: Defrost by placing in the refrigerator overnight and cook & consume within 3 days.
