Date Night Bundle
Our Char Fillets, Cold Smoked Arctic Char and Candied Arctic Char are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Baffin Island. The smoked products are all smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto.
To defrost; place the Smoked Fish in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
The Pickerel is all wild caught in the lakes of Northern Saskatchewan by the Ile-a-la-Crosse community.
Preparation notes; defrost in the refrigerator overnight and cook & consume within 3 days.
