Date Night Bundle
Our Cold Smoked Arctic Char and Candied Arctic Char are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Baffin Island, then all smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood by the Smoke Bloke in Toronto.
To defrost; place the Smoked Fish in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
The Sockeye Salmon is caught off the Pacific coast of British Columbia, and the Pickerel is caught in the lakes of Northern Saskatchewan.
Preparation notes; defrost in the refrigerator overnight and cook & consume within 3 days.
