Cross Canada Catch
Our Arctic Char Fillets and Smoked Portions are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Nunavut (Pangnirtung & Rankin Inlet). The Pickerel Fillets are all wild caught in the lakes of Northern Saskatchewan by the Île-à-la-Crosse community. The Halibut Portions are all wild caught off the coast of Vancouver Island near Knight Inlet.
Preparation notes;
- Smoked Fish: Defrost by placing in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
- Fillets: Defrost by placing in the refrigerator overnight and cook & consume within 3 days.
