Cold Smoked Turbot from the pristine lakes of Baffin Island, Nunavut. Harvested by the Inuit Fishermen of Pangnirtung and smoked to perfection in Toronto.  A true taste of the Canadian North.

Cold Smoked Turbot

  • Our Cold Smoked Turbot is all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Pangnirtung, just off the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut.

All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoked.

Our cold smoked turbot is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood for 3 hours and contains small amounts of salt & sugar.

To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.

Our Cold Smoked Turbot is best on its own sashimi style, in a rice bowl, or in a salad. Check out our recipes page for more ideas!
