Candied Arctic Char
Our Candied Arctic Char is all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Pangnirtung, just off the the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut.
All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoked.
Our Candied Arctic Char is smoked with Maple Syrup over Natural Hickory Hardwood Smoke for 8-10 hours and contains small amounts of salt & sugar.
To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
Our Candied Arctic Char is best as a treat or to add something special to a charcutterie board.
