This kit is perfect on it's own or paired with some fresh herbs, vegetables & fruit.

 

Our Arctic Char is wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Rankin Inlet, in Nunavut. All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoked.

 

Our Cold Smoked is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood for 3 hours and contains small amounts of salt & sugar. 

 

To defrost; place the Cold Smoked Char in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days. 

 

The Monforte Dairy Rose D'amour is a soft cheese with pink peppercorns throughout. Made from water buffalo milk, this surface ripened cheese is encrusted with pink peppercorns giving it a citrus flavor without the heat. It is made with buffalo milk, which is similar to cow's milk but with a richer taste and lower lactose content.
