What to expect?
Our Perfectly Imperfect Artic Char Fillets may be lighter in colour due variations in the Arctic Char's natural wild-diet, be aesthetically imperfect, and/or be un-vacuum sealed. In any case, the Arctic Char Fillets will still be safe, tasty and ready to eat!
Our Arctic Char Fillets are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Rankin Inlet in Nunavut.
All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until purchase. To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.
Our Char fillets are best best baked, pan-fried, or grilled. Check out our recipes page for more ideas!
