Our Arctic Char is wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Rankin Inlet, in Nunavut. All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoked.

 

Our Cold and Hot Smoked Char is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood and contains small amounts of salt & sugar. The Hot Smoked Char is topped with cracked black pepper. 

 

To defrost both the Cold and Hot Smoked Char; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days. 

 

The Monforte Dairy Rose D'amour is a soft cheese with pink peppercorns throughout. Made from water buffalo milk, this surface ripened cheese is encrusted with pink peppercorns giving it a citrus flavor without the heat. It is made with buffalo milk, which is similar to cow's milk but with a richer taste and lower lactose content.

 

Monforte Dairy’s Abondance is a hard cow milk cheese with a natural rind. Abondance is high moisture (i.e. creamy), nuttery and buttery.

 

Forbes Wild Foods delicious products are unique wild, hand-picked foods from across Canada that are both sustainable for neighboring plant species and the surrounding ecosystem. Haskap Berries have a blueberry, grape, raspberry-like flavour profile, perfect with salty snacks.
