• 1 lb total Arctic Char, Walleye, and Turbot Fillets (~6oz each)
• 1/2 Kilo Fresh Maizal Tortillas Rosas (Non-gmo Maize, Beet juice)
• Maizal Birria Marinade (Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Sesame, Cinnamon, Assorted Dry Peppers)
• Maizal Salsa Verde (Tomatillo, Serrano Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, Salt)
• Maizal Red Cabbage Slaw (Carrot, Cilantro, Onion, Salt)
• 1 Lime

 

Our Arctic Char and Turbot Fillets are all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Rankin Inlet & Pangnirtung, just off the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut. Our Walleye Fillets are all wild caught by the fisherpeople of Ile-a-la Crosse in Northwest Saskatchewan.

 

Maizal Tortilleria is a small business located on Ossington Ave pumping out fresh handmade nixtamalized corn tortilla's made from the finest maiz farmed in Toronto. Maizal has a zero-waste production model that utilizes every part of the delicious locally-farmed corn.
