Hot Smoked Arctic Char
Our Hot Smoked Arctic Char is all wild caught by the Inuit fishermen of Pangnirtung, just off the the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut.
All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until smoked.
Our hot smoked is smoked over Natural Hickory Hardwood Smoke for 8-10 hours and contains small amounts of salt & sugar and is topped with cracked black pepper.
To defrost; place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 7 days.
