Maple Glazed Barbeque Arctic Char Fillets.

Arctic Char Fillet

Parsley for Garnish
Prepare the glaze by adding 1/4 cup of Melted Butter or Olive Oil, 1/4 Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp Grainy Mustard, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce. Season the Arctic Char Char Fillet with Salt & Pepper. Marinate the Arctic Char Fillet in the glaze for 30 minutes. Barbecue the Arctic Char Fillet on a BBQ mat (2-4 mins per side).
Top with Parsley. Serve with Rice and Seasonal Veggies of your choice.
